1. 01

   Bathe or shower as usual, then gently pat skin dry.

   While skin is still slightly damp, dispense a sufficient amount of lotion into your palms.

   Massage over dry, rough or tight areas — arms, legs, elbows, knees — using long, upward strokes until fully absorbed.

4. 04

   For best results apply nightly; reapply during the day on very dry spots if needed.
