The ordered products are cosmetic and dermocosmetic skin, body, sun and hair care products. Each product’s name, ingredients, size, directions and other main characteristics appear on its product page and on the packaging. The products are not medicines and are not offered to diagnose or treat any disease.

Product subtotal: the product subtotal shown in the order summary. Delivery charge: the delivery charge shown in the order summary. Total including all taxes: the total including VAT shown in the order summary.

Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY) and include VAT (KDV). For deliveries within Turkey the delivery charge is ₺99, and delivery is free when the product subtotal is ₺1,250 or more. For shipments outside Turkey the delivery charge is quoted separately before ordering; customs duties and charges that may apply in the destination country are not included. The Seller charges no additional fee for cash on delivery. Price changes made after the order is confirmed do not affect the order.

Payment method: the payment method chosen at checkout. Payment is made by credit or debit card (3D Secure), bank transfer (havale/EFT) or cash on delivery, as offered at checkout. Card payments are processed through the contracted bank’s 3D Secure payment infrastructure; card details are not stored by the Seller. For bank transfers, products are dispatched after the amount reaches the Seller’s account. For cash on delivery, payment is made at delivery. Confirming the order creates a payment obligation for the Buyer.

Products are delivered by a carrier to the Buyer, or to a person the Buyer designates, at the delivery address provided. Delivery usually takes 7–14 days; under Article 16 of the Regulation it may in no case exceed 30 days from the date the order reaches the Seller. If delivery is not made within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract and receive a refund of all amounts paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days. If supplying the product becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days and refunds all payments collected within 14 days at the latest.

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or a third party the Buyer designates, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty (Regulation, Art. 9). Where products are delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last product. The right may also be exercised before delivery. The withdrawal notice is sent to the Seller within the period in writing or on a durable medium (Regulation, Art. 11); the standard withdrawal form annexed to the Regulation may be used but is not mandatory. The Buyer returns the product to the Seller within 10 days of the notice (Regulation, Art. 13).

Returns are sent to Mimar Sinan Mah. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Cad. No: 6/93, Silivri / İstanbul, Türkiye using the contracted carrier and return code that the Seller provides via support@lava-derm.com after receiving the withdrawal notice. No return cost is charged to the Buyer when the product is sent with the carrier designated by the Seller. If the designated carrier has no branch where the Buyer is located, the Seller arranges collection from the Buyer at no additional cost.

Under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons. If the protective seal, tape, film or packaging of an ordered cosmetic or personal care product is opened after delivery, the Buyer loses the right of withdrawal for that product. The right of withdrawal is preserved for products whose protective elements remain unopened. This exception does not affect rights relating to faulty products.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller refunds all payments collected, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, in a manner suited to the payment instrument the Buyer used, free of charge and in a single payment (Regulation, Art. 12). Card payments are refunded to the card, bank transfers to the account the payment came from, and cash-on-delivery payments to a bank account in the Buyer’s own name that the Buyer provides.

For damaged, incomplete, wrong or faulty products, the Buyer may contact support@lava-derm.com and choose one of the rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-faulty equivalent. In that case the return shipping costs are borne by the Seller. Complaints and requests may be sent to the same address and are answered as soon as possible.

The Seller does not request any deposit or guarantee from the Buyer. The ordered products are physical goods; they include no digital content, technical protection measures or elements requiring compatibility with particular hardware or software.

An order is placed by adding products to the cart, entering delivery and contact details, choosing a payment method, confirming this form and the Distance Sales Contract, and submitting the order. Before confirming, the Buyer can review all details in the order summary and correct any input errors in the order form. The order is confirmed without delay by email to the email address entered at checkout (Law No. 6563, Arts. 3 and 4). The contract language is Turkish. This form and the Distance Sales Contract are stored by the Seller; a copy is sent to the Buyer with the order confirmation, and the Buyer can request another copy from support@lava-derm.com.

The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for disputes above those limits (Law No. 6502, Arts. 68 and 73). For disputes where applying to a Consumer Arbitration Committee is not mandatory, an application to a mediator is required before filing a case at the Consumer Court under Article 73/A of the Law.

The Buyer accepts having read and been informed of the information in this form and having given the required confirmation electronically before confirming an order that creates a payment obligation (Regulation, Art. 6).
