Privacy policy

We store the details you submit for accounts, orders, delivery, contact requests, product inquiries, consultations, wishlists, and notification choices. Orders keep a permanent copy of the product, price, currency, shipping, and total shown when they were placed.

We use this information to provide the requested service, protect accounts, manage stock and orders, answer messages, and send required security and order emails. Marketing, restock, and consultation follow-up emails are sent only when you choose them and can be turned off independently.

A cookie and browser storage remember your chosen language and currency so navigation stays consistent. Signed-in customers can also save these preferences in their account. Qualified product views use a short-lived daily one-way identifier; raw IP addresses and full browser signatures are not stored for popularity.

PostgreSQL stores customer records, Resend delivers email, Cloudflare R2 stores approved images, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Public email submissions are checked against a locally stored disposable-domain list; addresses are not sent to an outside validation service.

Popularity deduplication records are removed after 90 days. You can update account details and notification choices, unsubscribe from marketing without affecting security or order messages, and contact [email protected] to ask about your stored information.
